§ 38.01 APPOINTMENT OF OFFICIAL CUSTODIANS.

   (A)   The following city official is appointed as official custodian for purposes of the Oklahoma Open Records Act and is charged with responsibility for compliance with that act with respect to the following listed public records: City Clerk.

   (B)   All public records kept and maintained in the City Clerk’s office and all other public records not provided for elsewhere in this chapter.
