The exemptions from excise tax enumerated in 68 O.S. §§ 1350 et seq., the “Oklahoma Sales Tax Code” are hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference. To the extent any conflicts in connection with the permitted exemptions should arise under this section and the Oklahoma Sales Tax Code, the Oklahoma Sales Tax Code shall prevail.
