(A) There is hereby established a special fund to be known as the Tourism Fund of the city and the taxes levied and collected pursuant to this subchapter shall be deposited into the said Fund.
(B) The Fund created hereunder shall be managed, used, and expended by the Durant Tourism Economic Development Authority, approved, and executed as required for other disbursements by the respective Authority in accordance with applicable laws regarding public trust authorities in the state.
