§ 114.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any violation of the provisions of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided is punishable as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Violations of the terms set forth in this chapter may be cumulative. Violations occurring on different days constitute a separate offense and will subject the violator to a separate penalty for each offense.
