(A) The city shall bill and collect any amounts covered by liability insurance for costs of fire response, hazardous materials cleanup and disposition, and rescue and recovery operation, whether such activities occur inside or outside city limits, in addition to any other fees provided by ordinance.
(B) Pursuant to 11 O.S. §§ 22-138 or other state law as amended, a collection fee of 35% shall be added on all claims referred to a collection agency.
