Any person or group wishing to reserve any park shelter for a specific date shall contact the Dundas City Hall. A deposit for reserving the park shelter and a user fee shall be as established in § 34.01 of the Dundas City Code. The City Administrator may allow limited consumption of alcohol during use of the park shelter pursuant to a rental agreement. The park user fee shall be applied to the cost of maintenance of the parks and park shelters. The deposit shall be returned after the park, park shelter, and bathrooms are inspected for cleanliness and damage. Any expenses incurred by the City for repairs, replacement of missing or damaged equipment, furnishings or keys, shall be deducted from the deposit.
