§ 150.66 VIOLATION.

(A) Any person who shall refuse, neglect or fail to comply with any requirement made of him or her under the provisions of this subchapter as promptly as the same can reasonably be done, shall be guilty of a violation of this subchapter.

(B) The penalty imposed by § 150.99 of this chapter shall be in addition to the remedies contained in §§ 150.64 and 150.65 of this chapter.
