§ 72.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this traffic code for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 70.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Any person who violates § 72.26 of this chapter shall be guilty of a petty offense and subject to a fine not to exceed $25.

(C) Any person violating §§ 72.40 through 72.43 of this chapter shall be guilty of a petty offense and may be fined in an amount not to exceed $200.
