§ 72.42 USE ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.
   (A)   No person shall operate an all-terrain vehicle or dirt bike on private property without the consent of the owner of the property.
   (B)   No person shall operate an all-terrain vehicle or dirt bike on private property between the hours of one-half hour after sunset to one-half hour before sunrise.
