A. The possession of lighted tobacco in any form is a public nuisance and dangerous to public health, as well as an unhealthy example for children. As such, the possession of lighted tobacco in any form is prohibited when such possession is on or in any City-owned parks and playgrounds, or City owned building.
B. In addition to the prohibitions set forth in subsection A of this section, all buildings and real property owned or operated by the City of Duncan shall be designated as both tobacco-free and vapor-free. The use of tobacco in any form in said buildings or on such real property is prohibited. Furthermore, the use of vapor products in said buildings or on such real property is also prohibited.
C. The use of lighted medical marijuana and/or the use of medical marijuana vapor products is prohibited when such use is on or in any City-owned parks and playgrounds, or City owned building. (Ord. 1775, 4-10-2018; amd. Ord. 1814, 10- 27-2020)
