As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them herein, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
CITY OWNED BUILDING: Means any building or real property owned or operated by the City of Duncan, including the parking lot associated therewith.
CITY-OWNED PARKS AND PLAYGROUNDS: Means any parcel of open land within the City limits which is owned by the City of Duncan and used for recreational activities, including all pools, splash- pads, walking and bicycle trails, ball fields, parks, skate parks, other fields or facilities used for sporting events, or any parkland that is equipped with play structures such as swings, climbing structures, water features or the like.
MEDICAL MARIJUANA: Means marijuana that is grown, processed, dispensed, tested, or possessed for a medical purpose, and includes medical marijuana concentrate, or any other medical marijuana product.
TOBACCO USE: Means any use of tobacco in any form, including, but not limited to chewing, dipping, smoking, or burning.
VAPOR PRODUCT: Means noncombustible products, that may or may not contain nicotine, that employ a mechanical heating element, battery, electronic circuit, or other mechanism, regardless of shape or size, that can be used to produce a vapor in a solution or other form. "Vapor products" shall include any vapor cartridge or other container with or without nicotine or other form that is intended to be used with an electronic cigarette, electronic cigar, electronic cigarillo, electronic pipe, or similar product or device and any vapor cartridge or other container of a solution, that may or may not contain nicotine, that is intended to be used with or in an electronic cigarette, electronic cigar, electronic cigarillo or electronic device.
