12-531: IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED:

The developer of land shall provide and install water mains, fire hydrants and all necessary valves and fittings. The cost of these improvements shall be borne by the developer except as provided in section 12-532 of this chapter. (Res. 901, 5-10-1977)
