A. A water main improvement shall correspond to improvements contained in the latest water distribution system development plan or map, and the developer shall provide water mains in compliance with the provisions of that plan or map. Any water main extension shall extend the entire frontage of the property proposed for development as identified in the latest water distribution system plan or map. (Ord. 1610, 10-25-2005)
B. Whenever compliance with the water distribution system development plan requires a water main in excess of that needed to serve the proposed development, the city may participate in any excess costs imposed by such compliance in accordance with the provisions of section 12-909 et seq., of this part.
