12-406: APPLICATION TO UNDEVELOPED PLATS:
   A.   The planning commission does hereby exercise the authority to pass and approve development of plat subdivisions of land already recorded in the office of the county clerk if such plats are partially or entirely undeveloped. A plat shall be considered to be entirely or partially undeveloped if:
      1.   The plat has been recorded with the county clerk's office without prior approval by the planning commission, or
      2.   The plat has been approved by the planning commission where approval was granted more than three (3) years prior to granting a building permit, or construction of streets and utilities, on the partially or entirely undeveloped land. (Res. 901, 5-10-1977)
