951.09 UNLAWFUL DISPOSAL OR DELIVERY.

(a) No person shall dispose of refuse within the City except in standard domestic incinerators constructed for the purpose, which have been inspected by and approved as safe by the authorized representatives of both the Fire Department and the Superintendent of Sanitation.

(b) No person shall deliver refuse to or upon private property.
