921.19 INITIAL DEPOSIT FOR PAYMENT OF SEWER SERVICE RATES.

   The City hereby adopts, authorizes and implements a requirement that applicants or customers make a deposit initially, and from time to time, to secure payment of sewer service rates and charges, pursuant to the Public Service Commission’s Rules for the Government of Sewer Utilities, 150 C.S.R. 5, as amended.
