921.10 BILLING PROCEDURES.

The Sanitary Board may, to the extent applicable, bill in accordance with the West Virginia Water Service Company meter user records and all rates or charges provided for by this article shall be billed and collected monthly by the Sanitary Board or by persons or agencies authorized by such Board. (1978 Code Sec. 23-10.)
