921.01 POWER OF COUNCIL TO CONSTRUCT SEWERS AND SEWER SYSTEMS.

Council is authorized and empowered to order and cause to be constructed in the City, or part within and part outside of the limits of the City, public, common, lateral, branch, truck and combined sewers or public sewer systems or both, by contract or directly, by the City, for the benefit of the City or any part thereof.
