No person shall lead or drive any animals or vehicles, or slide or pull any sled or sleds on any sidewalk, or do any repair to any vehicle or machine on any sidewalk, or permit any such animals or vehicles to stand on any such sidewalk or street crossing or to obstruct the free passage and public use of such sidewalk.
