The City Clerk and the Mayor are hereby authorized to take whatever actions that the City may lawfully undertake to collect all delinquent fees, including, but not limited to filing and recording liens as authorized in Section 759.01; seeking judicial foreclosure of liens existing against real property under this Article; and/or initiating and pursuing a civil action for the recovery of delinquent municipal service fees.
