(a) A licensee who has obtained a State license pursuant to West Virginia Code, 60-7-1 et seq., shall pay an annual license fee, or partial license fee, as the case may be, as follows: For a licensee having one thousand members or less: five hundred dollars ($500.00)
(b) The fee for any such license issued following January 1, of any year, and to expire on June 30, of such year, shall be one-half of those set forth in subsection (a) of this section.
(c) All such fees shall be paid in the office of the City Clerk on or before June 30, for the ensuing fiscal year, whereupon a license shall be issued by the City Clerk. The license shall be on such form or forms as prescribed by the Clerk.
(d) In the event that any such license provided from the State, or any agency thereof is revoked, then in such event, any license provided by reason of this section will be likewise revoked by the Clerk without the necessity of further proceedings hereunder.
