This article shall apply to the following professional men or women, recognized and regulated as such by the laws of the State: architects, attorneys-at-law, certified public accountants, registered public accountants, public accountants, chiropodists, chiropractors, dentists, embalmers and funeral directors, optometrists, osteopathic physicians and surgeons, pharmacists, physicians and surgeons, veterinarians and any and all other professional men or women recognized and regulated under the laws of the State.
