The license fee to conduct theatrical or other performances of any kind, when such performances are confined exclusively to show boats plying the navigable streams within the City for three months or less, shall be five dollars ($5.00); for six months, ten dollars ($10.00); and for one year twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
