(a) Purpose. This Section shall ensure the confidentiality of taxpayer information in
accordance with the reasonable expectations of taxpayers, the fair administration of the City's business and State law.
(b) W.Va. Code § 11-10-5d. All officers, employees and agents of the City shall comply with the terms and conditions of §11-10-5d of the West Virginia Code of 1931 as amended.
(c) Forms. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to issue such forms as may be required to fulfill the requirements of West Virginia Code § 11-10-5d and to require the use of such forms in the conduct of the City's business.
