713.04 SIGNS.

Any person, firm, corporation, merchant, church, group, charitable institution, or seller operating a garage sale, yard sale, or flea market within the Municipal boundaries of the City shall remove all signs and notices advertising such sale posted on private or public property within three days of the last day of the sale.
