No person shall throw, shoot or propel an arrow, missile, pellet, stone, metal or other similar substance capable of causing physical harm to persons or property, in or on any public place, in or on the property of another without the owner’s permission, or from any private property into or onto any public place or the property of another. Neither this section, nor any other section of this Code prohibits the operation of a City of Dunbar authorized and approved archery range which has been certified by the Safety Committee of City Council and the Police Department. Any person under the age of eighteen (18) using the aforesaid archery range must be supervised by an adult. (Ord. 567. Passed 12-16-96.)
