SECTION 43. OFFICERS TO BE CONSERVATORS OF THE PEACE.

All persons elected or appointed to the offices named in this Charter shall be conservators of the peace within said City, and they, and any other officer provided for under this Charter, may be given authority of police officer by the Council.
