507.05 IMPOUNDING DOGS.

The Humane Officer shall cause to be seized and impounded any dog at large in the City, whether licensed or unlicensed. Any dog so seized shall be impounded at the Kanawha County Animal Shelter unless and until the Mayor shall designate a different shelter.
