SECTION 10. DATE AND FREQUENCY OF ELECTIONS.

The first election under this Charter shall be held on the first Tuesday in November, in the year two thousand twenty, and on the same day every four years thereafter. Such election and all subsequent elections shall be held in such manner as is or shall be prescribed by law.
