349.22 SKATEBOARDS.

No person shall ride a skateboard on any public road, street, or alley or upon any public sidewalk, 12th Street Pedestrian Plaza, or any public parking lot owned by the City, or upon any private parking lot dedicated to public use for parking from 9th Street to 16th Street and Charles Avenue to Grosscup Avenue, in the City.
