171.12 EXECUTION FOR FINES, COSTS; PENALTY FOR DEFAULT.
   The Municipal Judge shall have the power to issue executions for all fines, penalties and costs imposed by him, or the court may require the immediate payment thereof. In default of such immediate payment, the court may commit the party so in default to the jail of the City or other place of imprisonment, until the fine, penalty and costs shall be paid or satisfied, the term of imprisonment in such case not to exceed thirty days.
