171.08 FORFEITURE RECEIPT AND RECORD.

In no case shall a forfeit be taken from a party arrested without giving him a receipt therefor at the time it is taken, and making a record thereof, at the time, in a designated record, for the inspection of the Municipal Judge and Council.
