134.12 FORMS AND PROCEDURES.
   (a)    The Property Board shall develop forms or procedures, as it deems necessary, to carry forth the requirements of this Article including, but not necessarily limited to, the requirements pertaining to notice, investigation, findings and procedures at its meetings.
   (b)    Any forms or procedures developed by the Board pursuant to this Section shall be submitted to the City Council and must be approved by the same before they may be put into use by the Board.
