1315.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF DISTRICTS. 
   In order to apply the provisions of this code, the City is hereby divided into the following classes of districts for the purpose of zoning:
   (a)   Single Family Residence (R-1)
   (b)   Special Residential (R-1A)
   (c)   Multi-Family (R-2)
   (d)   Recreation (REC)
   (e)   General Commercial (B-1)
   (f)   Industrial (I-1)
