Pursuant to Part One-Administrative Code, Chapter 7-Judicial, Article 171 Municipal Court, Section 171.18 Appeals of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Dunbar any ruling of the Municipal Court of the City of Dunbar may be appealed to the Circuit Court of Kanawha County within 30 days of a final ruling by the Municipal Court ofthe City of Dunbar.
