1729.05 NONPAYMENT OF FINES.

All fines imposed for notices of violation under this section shall be due as ordered by the Municipal Court of the City of Dunbar. The failure to pay when due any fine imposed under this section shall constitute a failure to appear or otherwise respond under W.V. Code 8-10-2b(c) shall result in the issuance of a warrant and notification to the West Virginia Department of Transportation Division of Motor Vehicles.
