Except as provided for in Section 505.041 no person shall hunt, pursue, or molest in any manner, any animal, bird or fowl within the City, except that any legally constituted enforcement officer or other person designated by the Chief of Police may hunt, pursue, catch, and kill in any manner predator animals, and predatory birds thereon.
