1761.13 MUNICIPAL LIABILITY.

No officer in the Building Department, acting in good faith and without malice, shall be liable for damages by reason of anything done in any action or proceeding for the enforcement of the provisions of this article or any rule or regulation of the Building Department made pursuant thereto. (1978 Code Sec. 21-28)
