(d) Fixtures. In computing this item sockets or lamp holders only are considered. Pendant cords or Edison screw receptacles will be classed as fixtures and charged for as socket outlets. Gas tube lighting will be charged for as one socket for each four feet of tubing.
(1) When a person who installs the wiring also sells and installs the fixtures there will be no additional charge for the first twenty-five sockets; provided, that application is combined with the wiring request and inspection of fixtures can be made at the same time wiring is inspected. Only one certificate will be issued.
(2) Footlights, border lights, cove or outline lighting, when constructed and installed as fixtures, are to be charged for on a socket basis, under this subsection, and when installed in conduit, electric metallic tubing, metal raceway or armored cable, to be charged for under subsection (a).
(e) Heating Equipment. Domestic or industrial heat regulating equipment, domestic or industrial oil or gas burning equipment, refrigerators, ranges, commercial electric heating devices, battery charging outfits, coal stokers, one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50).
(f) Electric Signs. Electric signs and/or display lighting installations:

(l) Special Inspections. Special inspections of appliances, devices and installations not listed in this section will be charged for on an hourly basis.
(m) Additional Inspections. If more than one inspection is necessary because of faulty construction or a useless trip caused by improper address or premises locked, an additional charge of one dollar ($1.00) will be made for each inspection and in addition to the time and other expense charges will be made if they apply.
(n) Application for Inspections. All applications for electrical inspection service are to be made in writing, preferably on a blank supplied by the Inspector's office. The definite location of the installation, the date inspection is desired, and other essential information must be supplied.
(o) Surcharges. Inspection fee will be based upon subsections (b) through (d), and in addition, such charges in subsections (e) through (m), as apply. The inspection fee and the traveling charges, when in order, are to be paid when request for inspection is made.
