(a) When a job has been roughed in, it shall be the duty of the person taking out the permit to notify the Electrical Inspector that such job is ready for inspection, and failure on the part of such person shall be deemed a violation of this article. No person shall cover or concea1 any wiring until a tag of inspection has been placed on the switch box or window by the Electrical Inspector, certifying that wiring has been inspected and approved and is ready to be covered.
(b) When a job is finally completed, the person taking out the permit shall notify the Inspector and failure to do so shall be deemed a violation of this article.
