(a) The City Building Inspector, or other authorized agent or officer of the City, is hereby authorized to make lawful and reasonable inspections, examinations or observations of any Structure in which any renovation, construction, alteration, excavation, structural work or demolition of any kind is being performed for the purpose of determining whether every Contractor or Handyman performing work on the property has obtained a license from the City under the terms of this Article.
(b) The authorization of inspection, examination or observation as set forth in subsection (a), shall be limited to between 9:00a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The City Building Inspector, or other authorized agent or officer of the City, shall carry proper identification at all times when
inspecting, examining or observing any Structure for the purpose of enforcing this Article.
