1725.06 INSPECTION; DETERMINING PERMIT OBTAINED.
   (a)    The City Building Inspector, or other authorized agent or officer of the City, is hereby authorized to make lawful and reasonable inspections, examinations or observations of any building or other Structure in which any renovation, construction, alteration, excavation, structural work or demolition of any kind is being performed for the purpose of determining whether a permit for the same was obtained.
   (b)    The authorization of inspection, examination or observation as set forth in Subsection (a), shall be limited to between 9:00a.m. and 6:00p.m. The City Building Inspector, or other authorized agent or officer of the City, shall carry proper identification at all times when
inspecting, examining or observing any building or other Structure under the terms of this Article. (W.Va. Code§ 8-12-15; Ord. 692. Passed 5-6-13.)
