1509.05 RIGHT OF ENTRY.
   The Fire Chief, who shall also be the Chief Inspector of the Bureau of Fire Prevention, and a member of the Bureau, may, at all reasonable hours, enter any building or premises within his jurisdiction for the purpose of making any inspection, or investigation which, under the provisions of this article, he may deem necessary to be made. Any inspector of the Bureau of Fire Prevention may upon the direction of the Chief Inspector, at all reasonable hours, enter any building or premises within the City for the purpose of making any inspection, or investigation, which under the provisions of this article, he may deem necessary to be made.
