1130.13 COMPLIANCE WITH OTHER CODE PROVISIONS.

In no instance shall compliance with this Article exonerate any Owner of any Vacant Building from compliance with all other City Code provisions and West Virginia Code provisions, including but not limited to Building and Housing Code provisions and requirements.
