The City Building Inspector and the City Clerk shall develop forms or procedures, as deemed by them to be necessary, to carry forth the requirements of this Article including, but not necessarily limited to, the requirements pertaining to investigations, notice, findings and procedures, registration and the collection of fees or fines.
