1125.01 PARKING OF TRAILERS, RECREATION VEHICLES.
   (a)    Except as provided in the Codified Ordinances, no person shall park any mobile home, house trailer, boat trailer, utility trailer or any other trailer or recreation vehicle on any street, alley or highway, or other public place within the City.
   (b)    Emergency stopping or parking of mobile homes, house trailers or other trailers is permitted on any street, alley or highway for not longer than twenty-four hours, subject to any other and further prohibitions, regulations or limitations imposed by the traffic and parking regulations or ordinances for that street, alley or highway.
   (c)    Subject to traffic and parking regulations and ordinances, recreation vehicles may be parked for not more than twenty-four hours within any one-week period on the street, alleys and highways, or other public places within the City, under the following conditions:
      (1)    Loading and unloading which shall include preparation for travel and return from travel.
      (2)    Visiting in the homes of residents of the City.
      (3)    Indulging in commerce with persons of the City, provided written permission is obtained from the Chief of Police.
