(a) Every person convicted of the violation of operating a motorized vehicle in a prohibited area shall be punished by a fine of not more than seventy-five dollars ($75.00) or imprisonment for not more than five days. Every person convicted of the violation of the parking provision set forth herein shall be punished by a fine of not more than twenty dollars ($20.00).
(b) Every person convicted of the violation of the nuisance provision set forth herein shall be punished by a fine of not more than fifty dollars ($50.00).
(c) Each single violation of any or all of the foregoing is deemed to be a separate offense, and therefore subject to the prescribed penalty.
