§ 151.55 DEMOLITION OF STRUCTURES; COMPLIANCE.
   No person shall demolish any building or part of any building, structure or dwelling within the corporate limits of the town without complying with the terms and conditions of this subchapter, the town code, all pertinent adopted policies of the town and the State of North Carolina.
