(A)
Any ordinance contained herein may be enforced by the imposition of civil penalties, such as civil fines.
(B) An ordinance may provide, when appropriate, that each day's continuing violation shall be a separate and distinct violation, for which a civil penalty may be imposed.
(C) If no specific penalty has been prescribed for violation of any provision contained within this code, then a civil penalty of not less than $50 and not more than $1,000 may be imposed per violation.
