(A) No person shall move or cause to be moved any building or part of any building, structure or dwelling within a lot, or through, across or over any sidewalk, street, alley or highway within the corporate limits of the town without first applying for and obtaining a permit from the Building Inspector.
(B) The Building Inspector shall inspect the structure prior to authorizing issuance of a permit to move it within or into the town. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the owner or applicant shall pay all appropriate fees and bonds in accordance with the consolidated fee schedule of the town.
